Translation "Error" in the German Client+Website

Discord gets Translated as Zwietracht on the Website and in the Client, which in theory is right.
However absolutely noone would even translate the word Discord.
i had a small "wtf is Zwietracht" moment followed by a facepalm as soon as i clicked the link and Discord opened

Perhaps other Languages are also affected.
