Comcast blocking robotcache servers?

I left my machine on all night to mine. I woke up today and checked and my gpu (rx5700xt) wasn't getting more than about 11-17% usage than back to zero. I checked my robotcache log and for 9 hours it shows that I wasn't connecting to the server. I turned on my VPN and immediately my GPU went straight to 99% usage for the first time in about an hour that I had watched it while I was reading forums and people hash rate. It is still running fine 99% usage after about 15-20 minutes of watching it. Anyone else having any issues like this with Comcast? Maybe this is why some people aren't making as much iron?

    I found this post in another area where they were talking about low GPU usage.

    So here is an interesting thing - on Spectrum home internet it does this but if I use hotspot or a VPN, it jumps GPU usage to 100%
